By raising awareness and encouraging you to take responsibility for your life, life coaching can help you rise to your own particular challenge and go further than you ever thought possible.
How It Works: professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives.
Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.
When To Receive Coaching: People usually hire a coach when they are making a career transition, starting a new business, feeling dissatisfied, re-evaluating life choices, or simply looking for personal and professional breakthroughs. Creative Life Coaching offers clients feedback, insights, and guidance from an outside viewpoint. Similar to the practice of a physician, attorney, or psychologist — the major difference is that coaching is an on-going collaborative partnership built on taking action.

Kari J Young is a Creative Life Coach, Workshop Facilitator and Artist who works in a variety of media such as encaustic painting, (beeswax + pigment), oil, acrylic, mixed media, photography, writing and jewelry.
She currently lives and works from her studio in Seattle, WA.
Kari’s deepest wish is to share her knowledge and experience with people to help them reach their highest potential and awaken into the life they’ve dreamed of.
Kari received her coach training through The Academy For Coach Training in 2007, in Edmonds, WA (now called Invite Change)
